LCMV gp3333–41 specific CTL levels are stable during repetitive DC vaccination. C57/Bl6 mice were immunized with peptide LCMV gp3333–41 loaded DCs day -14 and -7 in combination with i.p. injection of anti-CTLA-4 mAb. Spleen cells from individual mice were isolated day 0, cocultured with LCMV gp3333–41 peptide for 7–10 days and tested for reactivity against the peptide in an IFN-γ ELISPOT assay. Results are shown as mean ± SD of eight mice from two separate experiments. (* p < 0.05)
